I recently had the pleasure of photographing a new collection of beautiful Irish linen designs from Irish clothing designer Anne O’Mahony. Anne’s latest collection features linen pyjamas, robes and scarves.
My goal was to produce a range of high-definition, clear and exceptional quality images for Anne O’Mahony’s eCommerce website.
Designer Anne O’Mahony is a member of the Design & Crafts Council Ireland, which launched its 2021 #MADELOCAL campaign this summer to showcase the work of Irish designers and makers and deliver a much-needed boost to a sector that has been so negatively affected by Covid-19.

Why is product photography important?
eCommerce product photography is crucial for one reason. It allows online shoppers to get a full, accurate picture of what they will be spending their hard-earned cash on.
In bricks & mortar stores, shoppers can touch, feel and interact with a product they’re thinking of buying. On the other hand, the decision to purchase online relies heavily on the product images used to convey this same information.
